The Aldacron Collective
I've been insulted and called a lot of different names in comments on a few posts here, mostly those involving piracy. The post titled Regcure Key, which attracts hordes of software pirates looking to steal a copy of RegCure, is the most commented post on the blog (unfortunately, I lost several entertaining comments from that post in the blog upgrade). Once in a while, one comment stands out above the rest.
Recently in that thread, I've been engaged with a commenter who goes by the handle of
“Aldacron” is a group of people paid by software developers to spread their shit as a scrape ditch tactic to scare the meagerest of users out of using the perfectly good software the internet makes available to them for free to make every penny they can. (And usually the product isn’t really worth paying for which is why people either use them for free if it’s handy or not at all, chances are if a person downloads software, it’s something they wouldn’t have bought anyway). Please don’t let this team rile you up, it is a low shot on the North American public but giving so much as to let it ruin your day is pointless, it’s just a bunch of fat hairy middle aged men munchin on potato chips and hot dogs thinking up new ways to piss off the general public. So all you losers posting under “Aldacron” just have to get over the fact that you’ve been figured out and you are outnumbered.I don't recall having ever been accused of being a group before! That's funny enough, but the logic on display is Christian-like in its absurdity. And I'm still scratching my head over 'the meagerest of users'. This person may not be serious, but it's impossible to know from written text. I just assume he is, considering that the moron ratio in the comments on that particular post is near 100%. This certainly gave me a good laugh this morning.
