An Analysis of Bush’s Lies
If you still believe that Bush is a straight shooter, a down-to-earth honest guy, and can’t understand why the Demorcrats and others attack him as a war criminal and a liar, I direct you to an article by Robert Parry, titled Bush’s Election-Eve Message: Lies and Nonsense. In the article, Parry lays out several assertions Bush has made this campaign season and points out why they just aren’t true. While he obviously, like me, is not a fan of the Decider, the facts that Parry uses to back up his assertions are indisputable. The article is not a collection of one man’s baseless opinions, but a repudiation of several of Bush’s claims based on real information that has been reported on in the past — some of it from Bush’s own intelligence services.
If you read the article and still support Bush, then you are a hopeless moron and just the type of person Bush likes: too stupid to think for yourself and too gullible to understand reality. How so many people can nod their heads, smile, cheer and applaud at every lie that comes out of his mouth is incomprehensible to me. Hopefully there are enough sane people remaining in America that the Republicans won’t be able to steal another election today.
