More Conservative Idiocy
You’d think that politicians would know by now that most of the American people have at least enough common sense to know when they are being fed a steaming pile of bullshit. Apparently, Republican Senator George Allen’s failure to understand that contributed to landing him in the number 1 spot on the Top Ten Conservative Idiots List this week. Though, it’s hard to tell which is more idiotic, the fact that he used a racial slur on a guy that was actually filming him as he said it, or the excuses he made up afterward. Some of the regulars are back, such as George Bush and Katherine Harris, but I must admit George Allen’s gaffe overshadows the rest. He’s an even bigger idiot than Lynn Westmoreland, which is quite an achievement.
