It’s Fiction, You Zealous Nutcases
The Christian groups around the world that are protesting the release of the Da Vinci Code are in la-la land. For people who preach tolerance and understanding, they surely aren’t demonstrating it. They think they have the right to prevent people from watching the movie because it disagrees with their religion? Thankfully, a religous group here in Korea lost their suit to have the movie banned. My wife and I will be able to see it next week. I’m sure I’ll have to cross a picket line to get inside the theater, though. Someone needs to teach these idiots about fiction. Then again, considering that they’ve believed the Bible for all these years, I can see how they’d get confused.
